Order Confirmation
Once you place your order, the confirmation email will be send to you within 24 hours. If for some reason you do not receive conformation e-mail, contact us via e-mails or live chat.

Orders usually ships within 24-48 hours, once your order has been shipped, an e-mail with tracking number will be sent to your contact e-mail within the next 48 hours. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 10~15 days for delivery. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfillment of your order.
